There is simply no substitute for a "zero-based" review of all property functions and protocols, to insure that best practices are in place. NOI’s performance review focuses on property-level execution of Performance FundamentalsSM, and includes:

De novo financial analysis comparing income and expense line items to industry norms and to NOI’s like-property benchmarks, as adjusted for asset-specific characteristics;
|

|
On-site assessment of management personnel, administrative practices, the competitive set, marketing/leasing objectives and methods, tenant relations, expense control, condition of the physical plant, and maintenance procedures;
|
|
|
•
|
A written report that details our findings, makes specific recommendations for improvement, and provides a basis for the client to internally evaluate management practices;
|
|
|
•
|
A web conference or in-person meeting for the client to raise questions, discuss implementation strategies, or challenge our findings; and

Follow-up analysis and site visits as requested.
