Richard Westmoreland is Vice President, Performance Analysis, at NOI Capital Partners. Mr. Westmoreland analyzes execution of Performance FundamentalsSM at client properties, sets achievable financial objectives, and develops operational strategies to accomplish them. He integrates the market expertise of NOI's in-house analysts with property-specific benchmark analysis to create comprehensive client reports.
Mr. Westmoreland began his career at a boutique management consulting firm in London, working with clients Schlumberger, Morgan Grenfell, and others. Later, he was an analyst for a major Wall Street law firm, assisting with securitization of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac assets.
Mr. Westmoreland earned his M.B.A. in Management and Organizations at New York University’s Stern School of Business, after completing undergraduate studies at the University of Chicago.
