Flora Wynn is NOI Capital Partners’ Vice President, Valuation and Analytics. Ms. Wynn oversees multifamily asset valuation, and evaluates the impact of economic developments on interest rates, capitalization rates, and rental market conditions. She has extensive experience applying academic finance theory and sophisticated mathematical, simulation, and statistical techniques to complex valuation challenges.
Prior to joining NOI Capital Partners, Ms. Wynn was the managing partner of the financial advisory services business unit of Xnergy LLC, a leading provider of business, tax, and financial advisory services for companies ranging from start-ups to large conglomerates. At Xnergy, Ms. Wynn was responsible for overseeing the firm’s entire business-valuation practice. She also established and supervised an equity research division within Xnergy.
Ms. Wynn was also a principal with EquityNet Research, an independent market research and business valuation firm that specialized equity research coverage of “orphan” publicly traded companies. Ms. Wynn was a generalist at EquityNet, maintaining a broad list of companies under coverage.
Ms. Wynn also spent time in the investment banking division of Wedbush Morgan as a banker in the firm’s retail group. Ms. Wynn has provided financial consulting and business advisory services for a number of Wall Street leaders.
